Multi-Family Process

Although the management of our communities is handled through a third party management firm, the following is a process that all applicants must complete. This process is followed to ensure we remain compliant with all applicable regulations, when it comes to tenancy and qualification of the residents.  All applicants for residency at Hope Housing Foundation’s Communities, will be processed and verified using a consistently applied set of criteria to ensure proper and legal screening and recording of prospective residents and occupants.

Procedure

  • The application form – All applications are in full, verified and approved by the Community Director. Standardized Prospect Qualifying Criteria is the basis Hope Housing Foundation establishes to determine the eligibility for residency of each applicant. Each property applies its criteria uniformly.
  • Supplemental application form – All applications are, in full, verified and approved by the Community Director.
